Cancellation & Refund Policy

YASHASH TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a
liberal cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations will be considered only if the
request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the
cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been
communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the
process of shipping.
Perishable Items
YASHASH TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does
not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers,
eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the
customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is
not good.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective
items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7
days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once
the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as
shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please contact
customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The
Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an
appropriate decision.
Warranty Products
For products with a manufacturer's warranty,
please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by YASHASH
TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 16-30 days for the
refund to be processed to the end customer.
